Ap33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure platform security and comply with regulatory requirements. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account access restrictions.
Any suspicious activity — including hacking attempts, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ap33 platform users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
- Disrupting, blocking, or damaging systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools without written authorisation from ap33.
- Posting content that is defamatory, misleading, harmful, or infringes the rights of third parties.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not authorised for general users.
- Engaging in any form of odds manipulation or betting market abuse.
Account Closure & Suspension
Ap33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice. Any balance remaining in a suspended account due to a terms violation may be forfeited, subject to management's decision following an investigation.
Payments, Transactions & MYR Deposits
All financial transactions on the ap33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform from time to time. ap33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ap33 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal to safeguard user funds.
Users acknowledge that all completed transactions are final and non-reversible except under circumstances specified by platform policy. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated and may be placed on hold pending clarification from the user concerned.
Accepted payment methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other methods listed on the platform. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
